as Xanax, Valium and others. Over 6500 patient
encounters with buprenorphine medications.

  • Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine, 2016
  • Developed a subspecialty in Addiction Medicine recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties.
  • Treated 1400 patients in acute withdrawal mainly from heroin and alcohol over a 6 year period in an inpatient unit and had over 5,000 outpatient visits for patients with substance use disorders mainly associated with opiates, heroin and alcohol.
